Industry Cadetship:
This is a well thought-out programme designed by Human Resources experts from ICT industry. During the last three years this program has attracted over 100 University Graduates and is currently being rolled-out across all BIT locations. This programme leverages our unique Business Intelligence Institute (BII).
The Industry Cadets and Professional Hires are inducted into the company through BII. BII curriculum covers end-to-end Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse topics in over 60 modules and is delivered through full-time instructors. Graduates from the institute are then assigned to BIT’s internal divisions specialising in Consulting, Technology development or Education & Research. A strong alumni network is being built for development and sharing of the knowledge base.
BIT’s Resource Management division specialises in providing both permanent and contract staff at all levels. Permanent Recruitment:
To meet your permanent staffing needs, BIT focuses on sourcing the right candidate for a client's culture and structure. Contract recruitment:
BIT carefully screens specialist Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence contractors for their skills and reliability. For each engagement, we provide a formal agreement that details the specific terms for that contract. As a result of our focused recruitment method, we can deliver referenced and qualified contract applicants on a quick turnaround basis.
